Your duties as a pro-bono partner
As a pro-bono partner, you shall be required to carry out the following duties;
· Providing of pro-bono services to qualified members of the public
· Providing of legal clinic through Peju’s Legal Clinic.
· Based on approval and support from Lawquest Foundation, you shall from time to time be required to organize awareness seminars on Leadership education and basic legal education in any community of your choice.
1. Introduction and orientation of new pro-bono partners
2. Contribution of article to Jursicope Legal Tips – you and the law publication that exposes the subscribers to basic legal and civic education.
Benefits:
1. You shall be entitled to #25,000 for each precedent of commercial agreement successfully drafted by you.
2. You shall be entitled to a minimum of #10,000 as consultation fee for every person attended to by you on Peju’s Legal Clinic.
3. You shall be entitled to #40,000 for any approved awareness seminar organized by you.
4. You shall be entitled to an approved fee for any of your articles published in Juriscope Legal Tips
5. You shall be entitled to transport allowance for each pro-bono case assigned to you – assignment of pro-bono cases shall depend on the number of Juriscope Legal Tips subscribers and pro-bono partners introduced.
6. A pro-bono partner shall be entitled to automatic subscription to Alphajuris Continuing Legal Education Workshop Series.
7. As a subscriber, the pro-bono partner shall be entitled to pay a subsidized as registration fee for each Alphajuris workshop he/she wishes to attend in any part of the country
