An Africa where every African understands his/her rights, every community has access to justice, and every young lawyer is equipped and empowered to serve the public interest.
To advance access to justice and legal literacy by mobilizing young lawyers for pro bono services, promoting civic and basic legal education in communities, and building a culture of ethical, socially responsible lawyering across the African continent as well as promoting youth empowerment.
Provide free first aid legal clinics and pro bono legal services to underserved individuals and communities.
Organize awareness seminars on civic and basic legal education across Africa, and sponsor the publications that demystify the law for everyday citizens.
Recruit, train, and support young lawyers by providing them with continuing legal education giving them platforms for service, mentorship, and professional growth.
Instill a strong ethic of public service and pro bono responsibility in the next generation of lawyers through structured orientation and active participation.
Collaborate with community leaders, NGOs, and institutions to deliver targeted interventions that make justice practical and accessible.
Under this scheme selected young lawyers are trained and provided opportunities to undergo pupillage in law firms for a given period of time during which period they are supported with basic monthly allowance from the Foundation. This enables them to acquire practical knowledge that make them suitable for employment.
Under this scheme, the Foundation provides recruitment services to law firms and other organizations in need of lawyers and paralegal staff.
Through the Lawquest basic legal education series, the foundation organizes seminars and workshops geared towards providing continuing basic legal and civic education to the general public.
Through the sponsorship of Juriscope Legal Tips, a you and the law online magazine, the foundation also provides basic legal and civic education to the public.
In collaboration with Soleca Services Limited and other members of Adasomi and Revacom Foundation, the Foundation provides leadership education and economic empowerment for African youths through the Leadership4Leadership E-commerce Programme.
We welcome partnerships with law firms, legal institutions, NGOs, community leaders, universities, development organizations and corporate bodies committed to justice, education and youth empowerment.
